Retail Pastas and Sauces Available

Imported Retail Pasta
Made in the heart of Umbria, Bartolini Emilio artisanal pastas are world- renowned. The durum wheat semolina is grown on the family farm so that quality can be ensured. Their process is simple but makes for perfect pasta. Unlike other large, factory-produced pastas, which are uniformly smooth, Bartolini Emilio's pasta is drawn through bronze dies which causes a riveted texture, little “pulls” which allow sauces and oils to cling to the pasta. This pasta is versatile and can be made simply with Parmigiano Reggiano and extra-virgin olive oil, and with Toscana to Go’s pomodoro or meat sauces available for sale in our refrigerator.
